We joined our partners from the University of Bologna and the Czech University of Life Sciences for the kickoff meeting of the EarthBridge project, together with colleagues form the Institute of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. The project will strengthen links with our partners through knowledge and staff exchanges. During our meeting, we visited the Amálie monitoring site (in the picture above). There, our CZU colleagues setup a prototype smart landscape that implements vast sensing capabilities, from soil moisture and eddy covariance, to biodiversity.
